Having grown up on Bikanel Island, Ghak moved to Luca with his wife Filka at the age of 25 hoping to make his fortunes there trading in exotic spices and other imports. However, during a Yevonite demonstration Filka was murdered by a rival trader and his friends in an effort to drive Ghak out of the city, distraught by her loss, Ghak made it his mission in life to avenge her and destroy anyone who got in his way. Having achieved this Ghak is now leader of a ruthless underground gang of Al-Bhed known as the Cut Throats.
Despite being a highly dangerous and unpredictable felon Ghak has a strict set of rules and a moral code that all followers must adhere to:
1) No harming of women and children
2) No harming of the innocent
3) No involvement in narcotics
4) Anyone who breaks the first 3 rules is to be disposed of in an appropriate manner...
