I voted Seifer because I like bad guys who are emotionally wounded and have been pushed into being a villain rather than one who is completely evil.

I like Seifer because he's human and dosn't have big power like Kuja or Seymour. She has a big role and he's not over powerful very much like Lex in superman. Seifer is a great Villain.
